Schedule hair & makeup or a wardrobe stylist
Consider taking a bit of the stress out of the getting prep and allow a pro to style you. I advise this not because I want you to look like a fake version of yourself with lashes and the perfect outfit. No matter what, I want this session to focus on you and your radiance. I advise these services because I’ve been photographed and I will fully own that I feel so much more in my goddess essence when I feel I’ve given creative inspiration, time and space to how my image will be documented. These photos give texture, vibrance and visual evidence of who you are, right here, right now. The way your hair falls, the shape of your unique little baby bump, the way you giggle when someone puts a lens in front of you. Collecting a personal record of our lives is important to me and I’ve never regretted honoring the occasion with assistance from the pros.
Items to bring to the session
Outdoor sessions offer opportunity to stand, sit and lay, feel free to bring a blanket to the session, a floral crown, a book to read your baby bump, ultrasound photo, anything of nostalgic value, baby shoes, items featuring baby’s name. Props are 100% optional and I suggest them in effort to achieve the most variety possible in your gallery of images. If your shoot takes place in the mountains at high elevation December - March timeframe, I highly recommend checking in about wearing knee height winter boots!
